Feb 15th- Functional Medicine Packages Launch

April/May 2026- Anticipated insurance acceptance with many major carriers. We will continue credentialing until complete.

***Important Note!! We will have limited hours as we build to full staffing over the first several months. Timeline will vary depending on demand. Office hours will be as posted on our website and by appointment only. We will post our increasing hours online on our website and social media. DPC and Wellness Plan Provider messaging will be full access. Don't worry- if you sign up for a membership you will have access to your provider!

FAQs

When do you open?

We open on December 15th. This will be a soft launch with limited office hours and by appointment only.

We hope within 4 mos to be up to full staffed hours but this timeline will vary based on demand and staffing.

When do memberships and packages start?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Wellness Packages start when our doors open, December 15th! Despite limited office hours, you will have full access to your provider messaging hours and providers will make your visits a priority!

Monthly facial aesthetics memberships will start when our doors open, December 15th! Your appointments will be a priority.

Functional medicine packages will be available beginning February 15th. However, individual functional medicine labs can still be ordered prior to this date if indicated.

Will you accept insurance?

Most major insurance plans will be accepted by April or May 2026.

Prior to that, we can still see you for any membership services and fee for service visits, but they will be cash based and we are not able to bill to insurance.

Unfortunately, most Aesthetics and Functional Medicine services are not covered by insurance at any time.

We are still working through credentialing with insurances and contracts. We do not have a comprehensive list of what insurances we will participate with yet.

Should I attend your holiday open house?

Absolutely! All are welcome! Details will be shared soon. We want you to come meet us, have some fun, and enjoy some holiday snacks! We plan to give out some free swag, gift cards, and there will be drawings to win some larger prizes!
